The living accommodation is located on the first floor of the main house and is accessible through a large stone staircase, which makes the property not particularly suited to people with impaired mobility.<\/p>\n

Owing to the extensive water features, toddlers and small children must be kept under constant adult supervision.<\/p>\n

Four small dogs live on the estate. They are gentle and well trained, and are not allowed indoors.<\/p>\n

Podere Marella is a working wine estate. During the day workers will be working in the\u00a0 vineyards and winery. Every care will be taken to ensure the guests\u2019 privacy is not affected.<\/p>\n
